That British bike made in India could it possibly be? Royal Enfield, of course. The oldest brand on two wheels there is (continuously in production).
My first RE was the Royal Enfield Classic 500 Military.

The second was the Interceptor. Now I have a chance to ride one of the newest models - \the Scram 411. 

They are all amazing. And different. It's a good trio.
